Getting Started

The First StepWe start with a free discovery call where we discuss your needs, goals, nutrition and lifestyle.  This gives us an opportunity to meet each other and agree the best way forward that suits you, and to book your start date.

Getting To Know More About YouI’ll ask you to fill out an in-depth online consultation form and keep a three-day food and activity diary. This covers your nutrition, lifestyle, likes/dislikes, personal preferences, food choices, any health concerns, and, of course, your goals.

We’ll also cover all areas of your holistic health, as these are important factors in creating an overall picture of your whole-self , how you feel, and your daily habits. 

 

Inside Your Bespoke Programme

Your Personalised Plan –  I create a nutrition and lifestyle guide, that comes complete with a personalised action plan and nutrition targets, along with recipes and example meal days. It includes recommendations and clear strategies that enable you to make achievable changes and shifts to your habits and lifestyle. 

You can expect to receive: 

  • Weekly check-ins and feedback (phone call, video call or recorded feedback – according to your programme).
  • Nutrition & Lifestyle educational resources
  • Expert evidence-based nutrition advice with your well-being at the heart of everything we do
  • Ongoing review of food diaries
  • A personal client area to track progress and store your documents

Let’s Get Going:  Once your action plan is ready, we start with a ‘kick-off call where we get down to the nitty-gritty of your programme. We discuss your focus for the week along with anything you want to ask, to ensure you are confident and ready to start.

Support, Accountability and Motivation

Coaching Calls And Check-In’s –  You will have regular check-ins and coaching calls or recorded feedback, to keep you accountable and supported.  We discuss any tweaks and changes, and ensure you’re focussed on the right areas. Keeping your wellbeing a priority, we work as a team to find what works for you to achieve your success.

Support and Motivation You can expect to experience a high level of support from start to finish.  This helps you keep momentum, stay connected and never far away from an answer or motivation. 

This includes:

WhatsApp support from the moment you join the programme.  You don’t need to wait for your check-in to overcome obstacles, ask questions or share your successes with me.  

What Happens After The Programme Ends?

I offer flexible options to continue on a rolling month with no on-going commitment, or you can book individual calls at a special rate as and when you want them. 

I am always willing to try and accommodate options that are right for you.

If you decide you are ready to go it alone,  we will recap on the strategies that worked for you, so you can continue with your progress, feeling confident and empowered with what you have learned.

Yes – You can choose between Luxe or Lite programmes. Luxe has weekly coaching calls with unlimited WhatsApp support, and Lite offers bi-weekly coaching calls with Mon – Fri WhatsApp support.
